Condo #109 is a one bedroom condo with a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa and two child size (26 x 72 inch) bunk beds. The condo can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. It comes ready for your stay with linens, towels, pillows,  kitchen utensils, and dishes. There are two flat screen TV's with DIRECTV, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, range & dishwasher. The complex has laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi internet, and BBQ pits all landscaped in a park like setting along our 400 feet of Comal River frontage. It even has a fireplace for our Winter Texans to enjoy!

Condo #209 This is my favorite!
This condo has a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa and two child size (26 x 72 inch) bunk beds. The condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. There are two flat screen TV's, DIRECTV, free Wi-Fi internet access, a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, oven & dishwasher. It comes complete with pillows, linens, towels, dishes and kitchen utensils. The complex has over 400 feet of Comal River frontage in a park like setting with BBQ pits along the riverbank.

Condo #113 is a really nice two bedroom two bath condo decorated with a Texas flare! It has a very wide balcony to relax on after your round of golf or leisurely tube float down the river. It sleeps 6 adults having a king size bed in the master bedroom, a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa. It comes with everything you need for your enjoyable stay including pillows, linens, dishes, toaster, microwave, full size oven, dishwasher,  refrigerator with ice maker, free Wi-Fi internet, three flat screen televisions and DIRECTV. The complex has a pool & hot tub down by the river, laundry facilities, gazebo, and BBQ pits with picnic tables landscaped in a park like setting all along our 400 feet of Comal River frontage. The condo even has a fireplace for our Winter Texans to enjoy!
