You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and the person making the reservation must be a guest in the condo for the duration of the reservation. These are no smoking, no pets condos. Cancellations incur a $100.00 cancellation fee unless the cancellation is within 2 weeks of the reservation date. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the reservation date incur a charge of $250.00. There is a 2 night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. Shorter stays will be considered if a condo is still available one or two days before the reservation.

Our condos are complete with everything you need for your enjoyable stay. About the only thing you need to bring is sunscreen & maybe some extra towels if you plan to be on the river much.

Our one bedroom condos 109 & 209 comfortably sleep 4 adults & 2 children having king size beds, sleeper sofas and a set of child size bunk beds.

Our two bedroom condo 113 sleeps 6 adults comfortably having a king size bed in the MBR, a king size bed in the 2nd BR & a sleeper sofa in the living area.
