Holiday Weekends- Memorial Weekend, July 4th and Labor Day Weekend - 3 night minimum at Peak Season Weekend Rate. Holidays are billed at Peak Season Weekend Rates even if the day falls during mid-week.

Wurstfest- Friday and Saturday nights are billed at Peak Season weekend rates. 

2 night minimum stay required. Holidays during Peak Season are subject to a 3 night minimum. Payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Specials do not apply on Holidays! Rental rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. Cleaning fee shown above will be added to your reservation total.

You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and the person making the reservation must be a guest in the condo for the duration of the rental period. These are no-smoking, no-pets condos!

There is a $250.00 deposit required to place your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS incur a $250.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of your reservation. All other cancellations incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. There is a $75 rebooking fee to change reservation dates. No date changes are permitted within 7 days of the arrival date.
